Entry Fees:
Entry fees to these locations change over season and per year, so we have to call in advance to see what the charges are, also note these charges are not included in our photo pricing and the client MUST cover the photographer’s entry charge as well.
Driving Distance:
Locations further than our photography location (Elkhart) are subject to a higher charge to cover for time and fuel charges. No additional time will be added to our session.
Rush Orders:
We understand that sometimes you want your pictures right away or it’s for a special event and needs them right away, we can surely put you on the top list for an additional charge. Please let us know if this is your situation.
Timing:
We understand how important it is for our session to start. We run by a schedule and it’s important to be on time so we don’t miss the most important lighting. If you’re late more than 10-15minutes, we have to reschedule. If we are late, we will make sure we still take your photos.
